The experience that we have acquired during 20 years of activity dedicated to the injection of aluminum has allowed us to improve and optimize the process of injection of aluminum parts with conventional injectors.
LAC (Low Air Cavity)
This long experience and our motivation to improve day by day the aluminum injection processes has led us to develop our own and innovative technology which significantly improves the final result.
This new process of aluminum injection, LAC (low air cavity) is based on the elimination of air during the injection process. This provides improvements in the part and in the process of manufacturing it.
Parts development engineering
Parallel to the activity of production of pieces by injection, our engineering department can carry out projects of the design of pieces, filling of the mold, simulation, and calculation of flows and study of sections of the break.
